How do I get bonuspoints?

All you need to collect valuable points is a customer account with monisbastelkiste.de .
With every purchase (registered and logged in!) in our online shop you will receive bonus points.

How many bonus points can I collect?

For every full € value of goods you receive bonus points.

-from a goods value of €1.00 - €99.00 - 3 bonus points
-from a goods value of €100.00 - 5 bonus point

Example:
Value of goods: €9.95
Shipping costs: €2.50
Total: €12.45
equals = (9x3) 27 points
Value per bonus point €0.01
27 points equal €0.27

Example:
Value of goods: €119.95
Shipping costs: €2.50
Total: €122.45
equals = (119x5) 595 points
Value per bonus point €0.01
595 points equal €5.95

How do I use the points?

You can redeem the bonus points on your next order and save money straight away.
The points can only be redeemed in our online shop and cannot be paid out.
(Attention, the bonuspoints cannot be used in the local store!)
The bonuspoints can be redeemed as soon as they are released.
In the shopping cart you can specify the amount of bonus points you would like to redeem.

Where do I see my bonuspoints?

You can view the current number of bonus points at any time under “My Account”.

Number of points available soon: 70
Once the order has been shipped, you can see the bonus points.
7 days after dispatch, the bonus points are released and can be redeemed by you.

Do my bonus points expire?

The bonus points can be collected and redeemed for 6 months. After 6 months the points expire.

What happens in the event of a cancellation or return?

If your order is canceled or returned or refunded, the bonus points will also be deducted.
